Step 5
Use 8pcs of screw BB to install the side brace J (2pcs) onto
the cart legs as shown above.
Step 7
Install casters N&O onto the left side cart legs. Then use the
axle V to install the wheels U onto the right side cart legs.
Step 6
Loosen the pre-assembled screws on cart legs, then attach
the 2pcs of side panel M onto the cart legs. Tighten the
screws.
Step 8
Use a wrench to tighten the 2pcs casters. Insert the cotter pin
EE into the end of the axle, then install the wheel caps T.
