QUICK START GUIDE
Unpack your deep fryer
WARNING:
1. Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance and the plates to cool down.
2. Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or grease enters the
cooling slots.
3. Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will damage the
finish.
4. Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
CLEAN YOUR DEEP FRYER
1. Before using for the first time, wash the lid, the oil tank and the basket thoroughly with warm and soapy
water. Dry carefully all parts to maintain the good esthetic appearance (FIG 1, FIG 2, FIG 3, FIG 4). Fryer can
not be in water (FIG 5).
