FILL THE BASKET
4. The basket handle to Figure 7 shows the installation to the basket(FIG 7).
5. Lift up the handle: the basket will go on Up position (FIG 13)
6. Put the food inside the basket and start the oil pre-heating
The frying basket should always be in the raised position when filling food FIG 13.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended that the food to be added into the frying basket should not more than 2/3
volume of the frying basket. (For chips, it should not exceed 1200 g.)
FRYING
7. Plug in the socket to the mains [FIG 14].
8. The temperature control knob to the desired temperature, temperature stalls 265, 300, 340, 375 °F (FIG 15),
Indicator light is ON.

9. After the Temperature reaches the indicator light is off. Fried food then you can begin.
IMPORTANT: never put the basket inside the oil when the lid is opened : there is a risk of scald. It is suggested to
don't open the lid when frying to avoid hurt by steam.
