STOP DEEP FRYER
From the observation of the window, the food is finished.
Put in UP position the basket and unplug the power cord from the socket.
Wait few minutes that the deep fryer cool down and be careful when you will open the lid: they is a lot of
steam
Dry the food with some tissue if you find there is some oil.
Take out the food, and add some dressing (salt, sauce...) according to your taste
PROTECTION
1. The appliance has a touch switch,when the control assembly is removed from the body,the appliance
power will be shut off to avoid accidents (FIG16).
2. The appliance has an operating dry protection feature. If you forget to place oil in oil tank and launch
operation, the temperature of tank will rise rapidly and the switch of operating dry protection will work to cut
off power source automatically (and avoid a fire hazard).
Under this circumstance, please unplug the power source, and let the appliance cool down completely,
push the RESET BOTTON FIG 17, the appliance can work normally now. This will do damage to appliance if it
happens often, it is recommended to check first if there is oil in the deep fryer.
