– Remove debris from the product. Do not use a wire brush.
– After each patient's treatment, clean the head.
1) Remove bur/drill from the contra-angle.
2) Remove any debris in and around the outlet holes with the brush.
3) Half fi ll a cup with clean water and operate the contra-angle, about 15 seconds
and immerse 20 mm of the contra-angle head in the water (Fig. 9).
4) Lubricate before autoclaving (Refer to chapter 7.4).
8.2 Spray nozzle cleaning
1) Clean internal spray nozzle and external spray nozzle (internal and external) by using cleaning wire.
2) Insert an irrigation tube in each spray nozzle, and wash it away with clean water (Fig. 10/11/12).

8.3 Clean the Glass Rod Optic
Clean the Glass Rod Optic with cotton swab soaked in alcohol (Fig. 13).
CAUTION
– Do not use a pointed tool for sharp edged to clean the glass rod optic.
– If the glass rod optic is damaged, please contact the dealer for repair.

8.4 Disinfection
Disinfection method: Surfaces wipe disinfection.
CFPM recommends approved disinfectants based on compatibility of the materials.
Use chlorine-free disinfectant to wipe the surface contra-angle.
NOTICE
Never disinfect the contra-angle with chloride-containing products.
All contra-angle can be cleaned and disinfected with a Thermo-Disinfector.
