1. Apply cushion 2 in the backside of carbon meter visor 1. (Fig 1)
2. Remove meter cover (A), headlamp cover (B),headlamp upper cover (C) and headlamp (D)

according to the service manual. (Fig 2)
Note: pay attention not to brake the connecting clip upon removing headlamp cover (B) and

headlamp upper cover (c).
8 3. Drill 2 holes with electric drill along the marked area in the back side of headlamp upper cover (C)
(φ9.6mm). (Fig 3)
4. Remount meter cover (A), headlamp cover (B), headlamp upper cover (C) and headlamp (D) to the
body.
5. Install bracket,LH 3 and bracket,RH
5, screw (M5x16mm) 6, rubbernut
6. Install carbon meter visor 1 to bracket,LH 3, bracket,RH 4 and meter cover (A), using screw
(M5x20mm) 7, screw (M5x30mm) 8, rubbernut 9, washer, rubber AT , washer, nylon
washer AL. (Fig 5)
Note: check the tightening torque of each bolt on a regular basis and tighten as needed.
To clean, rinse carbon part with water to remove grit and soften dirt. Use a mild non-

abrasive liquid soap, plenty of warm water, and a clean flannel cloth or soft chamois.
Maintenance
Rinse well to remove all soap residue. Pat dry do not wipe.
Due to mounted SUZUKI Genuine Accessories the service and maintenance flat rate
Inspection
might be affected. Dismounting/Mounting of SUZUKI Genuine Accessories is
possibly necessary for service and maintenance.
The holder of the vehicle should always be in possession of the mounting instruction.
