Do not apply alcohol to the body of the appliance to avoid its colours changing.
6 • Cleaning the epilator head
- Stop the appliance (fig.19).
- Press the release button on the head and remove the epilator head (fig.20).
- Rinse the epilator head under cold running water by turning it for 5 to 10
seconds (fig.21).
-Shake the epilator head vigorously (fig.22) and dry it with a towel before fitting it
to the epilator again.
IMPORTANT
You can also use the small cleaning brush supplied (fig.23).
7 • Cleaning the shaver head
Regular maintenance of the shaving head preserves the shaver's and extends its
lifespan.
- Ensure that your appliance is unplugged.
- Remove the shaver head from the epilator (fig.30).
- Run the shaver head under a cold tap and dry it with a towel (fig.31).
8 • Replacing the exfoliating band
We recommend that you change the exfoliating band after three sessions of
exfoliation or when it is worn out. Press the release button to remove the
Exfoliator Head from the epilator (fig.25).
Using the plastic end of the cleaning brush unclip the band as follows :
- turn the Exfoliator Head over and hold it in place by gripping the edges between
your thumb and forefinger.
- turn the band so that its groove comes round to the central position
- insert the end of the cleaning brush in the groove (a) and push to eject the band
(fig.26)
- insert the new band by slotting the fins (b) of the exfoliator unit in the groove of
the band and pushing until it clicks! (fig.27).
Put the exfoliator head back into place (fig.28).
IMPORTANT
Do not clean the band under running water (fig.24) .
9 • Storage
Set the switch to position "0" before storing.
IIf the appliance remains unused for some time, the batteries become empty and
the appliance must then be recharged.
