3. Select a wall location and mark three hole locations for
the anchors, as shown in Figure 8.
Make sure that you install the base so that the top edge
is level.

4. Install the wall anchors.
5. Attach the base to the wall by inserting three screws
(not provided) into the wall anchors, as shown in
Figure 9.
