7. Tilt the scrubber back. It may still rest on the support
caster but be slightly lifted. Activate the scrubber by
pulling the drive levers to spin off the brush. Rinse the
brush. (See Figures 25 and 26)
Figure 25
NOTE: If the red LED battery indicator starts
flashing, the batteries are nearly drained. After
a few seconds, the brush and suction motor
shut down to prevent draining the batteries
excessively. Charge the batteries.
8. Check battery charge. (See Figure 27)
Figure 27
9. To recharge batteries, plug in battery charger using
electrical cord provided with machine. Charge is
complete when the green LED light is on.

REPLACING THE SQUEEGEE BLADE
Over time, constant rubbing along the floor causes the
squeegee blade to become rounded and cracked.
Check the state of wear frequently and replace as
needed.
a. For perfect drying, adjust squeegee so the edge
of rear blade bends during operation by about
45° with respect to the floor at every point.
b. Adjust the height of the blade by regulating the
height of the wheels positioned on the squeegee.
(See Figure 30)
c. Adjust the slope of squeegee by tightening or
loosening the screw. (See Figure 31)
Figure 30
1.
Remove the squeegee blade by releasing the
middle clip. (See Figure 32)
Figure 32
2. Remove the blade retainers by sliding them toward
the outside of the squeegee, then pull them off.
Remove the squeegee blade by pulling it off the
squeegee body tabs. (See Figures 33 and 34)
Figure 33
3. Reuse the same blade by reversing the edge in
contact with the floor. The blades should be reused
until all four edges are worn out and can be
replaced at once.
