and be a cause of injuries to the operators of the device.
The power generator must not be stored or used in humid conditions or electroconductive atmosphere (e.g. place it on metal
surfaces).
Do not expose the generator to precipitations. Do not operate a generator exposed to precipitations.
The generator must not be operated, if any damaged elements have been detected.
A functioning generator must not be left unattended or attended by underage persons or those who have not been adequately
trained to operate the device.
The power generator must be immediately turned off if one of the following occurs:
- changing rotational speed of the engine,
- overheating of the devices connected to the generator,
- sparking,
- smoke or flames from the device,
- undesirable vibrations.
It is required to control periodically the fuel feeding system. In case of leakage, have the device repaired a tan authorised service shop.
Before electric devices are connected, wait until the engine of the device has reached the nominal rotation.
Do not permit situations when the device runs out of fuel during operation!
Do not cover the inlets and ventilation orifices, even when the generator is not working.
Before transport of the generator, it is necessary to empty the fuel tank.
The generator must be carried solely using the handles. Do not touch the surfaces of the generator, which become hot during
operation, to avoid burns.
It is strictly prohibited to connect the generator to the universal 230V/50Hz mains socket.
The electric installation connected to the generator must not be damaged, and this requirement applies both to cables and plugs.
In case extension cords are used, those must be suitable for outside operation. The total length of the cord must not exceed 60
m for the cross-section of the cable amounting to 1.5 mm
2
, and 100 m for the cross-section of the cable amounting to 2.5 mm
2
.
Due to the possibility of mechanical tensions, it is required to use cables in insulation made of hard rubber (in accordance with
IEC 245-4).
Fuel is highly inflammable. Do not fill the fuel tank during operation of the device. Do not refuel the device close to open flames.
Do not spill fuel.
Combustion gases and exhaust gases are toxic. Do not operate the generator in unventilated interiors.

PREPARATIONS FOR OPERATION

NOTE! The control procedure for the generator must be carried out before each start-up.
It is recommended to use unleaded petrol of the octane number above 93.
Use fuel and oil which are free of any contamination and suitable for four-stroke engines. It is recommended to use high-quality
products, which will prolong the life of the engine.
The fuel tank capacity is indicated in the table. Do not fill the fuel tank above the fuel inlet filter. It is necessary to leave at least 2.5
cm of free space between the surface of fuel and the upper wall of the fuel tank. If during refuelling petrol or oil are spilled, then
before the generator is started, it is necessary to clean the spilled petrol and oil.
During refuelling it is prohibited to smoke.
Do not operate the generator in humid atmosphere, e.g. during rain or in fog. The generator must be operated in well-ventilated
places. The air temperature at the place of operation of the generator must not exceed 40
C.
O
In case the generator is operated in closed interiors, the exhaust gases must be transported through tight installation outside the
room. Exhaust gases contain harmful substances and they must not be inhaled.
The fuel inlet lid is equipped with a deaeration valve. It must be set to „OFF" in any case (transport, storage) apart from the period
of operation of the generator. When the generator is functioning, the valve must be set to the open position „ON".
Controlling the oil level
Remove the bolt fixing the side panel and remove the panel itself. (III)
Open the inlet and remove the oil level gauge. (IV)
Clean the gauge and dry it using a clean cloth.
Insert the gauge into the inlet, without turning it. Then remove it and read the oil level.
If the indicated level is too low, fill oil to the upper level of the gauge. (V)
Screw the gauge into the oil inlet.
Controlling the fuel level
Remove the fuel inlet plug.
Check the level of fuel in the tank.
If necessary, fill the fuel tank. Do not feed fuel above the filter mark.
Replace the fuel inlet plug.
