5. Press down on the handle until blade punctures
drum head. Raise the handle and slide drum
opener to make your next cut. (See Figures 6-7)

CAUTION! Keep left hand firmly on drum
opener throughout the cut. Do not place on
drum chime while cutting!

Lubricate moving parts periodically.
NOTE: Check bolts and nuts frequently for
tightness. If any parts are loose, remove unit
from service and repair.

CAUTION! Cut edges are sharp! Use caution
when removing drum head.

rough, the blade may be worn and should be
replaced.
