PROBLEM
Unit will not operate
Unit seems to be losing
power
Treatment Head is hot
when turning the power
off after using the
cold mode

POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Unit is not charged
• Unit is not fully charged
• This is normal
SOLUTION
• Charge the unit, plugging the
charging cord into the unit until
secure.
• Press and hold the POWER
BUTTON to turn the power on.
• Check circuits, fuses, try a different
outlet.
• Charge the unit, plugging the
charging cord into the unit until
secure.
• Allow unit to cool
