How do you know if a device's
batteries are discharged?
You will hear 3 short BEEPs when the
alarm is armed.

Identifying the affected device

To identify the device, press and hold the key on the front of each detector until you

hear fault BEEPs.
Changing the batteries in a device
You must replace the alkaline or lithium batteries and the GSM battery
with an identical type.
There is a risk of explosion if the GSM battery is replaced with the wrong
type.
Deactivating the installation's

tamper switch
To avoid triggering the alarm:
press and hold the OFF key on
the remote control or the LCD
keypad + badge until the LED
turns off.
The tamper
switches
will be active when
the alarm is armed
the next time.
Changing the batteries in a device

Insert new alkaline or lithium batteries
(remote controls, opening detector) of the
same make and batch, making sure that
the + and – poles are positioned correctly.
Do not throw in the fire, do not recharge
used batteries.
Case of used GSM battery: do not throw
in the fire, do not open, do not drill, do not
expose to extreme low or high temperatures.
Help protect
the environment!
Your alarm system contains many recove-
rable or recyclable materials, including the
batteries.
Dispose of your batteries at a collection point
or authorised service centre where they will
be dealt with properly.
