USE

The air conditioner must be kept in an upright position for at
least 2 hours before operation.
In order to optimise the effi ciency of your air conditioner,
we recommend that you do not expose it to direct
sunlight during operation (if possible, draw the curtains
or close the shutters).

WITCHING ON THE UNIT
1. Place the unit on a fl at, stable surface in an upright position.
2. Plug the appliance into an earthed wall socket. A beep sounds, and the unit goes into standby
mode.
3. Press the button on the control panel or remote control. The room temperature is displayed.
Open the oscillating fl aps by hand.
If the appliance is switched on after being put into standby mode, it will start in the last mode
selected.
4. To turn off the appliance, press the button on the remote control's panel. The screen turns
off . Close the oscillation fl aps.
IMPORTANT: When you switch off the unit, wait 3
minutes before switching it back on.

ETTING THE MODES
•

AIR CONDITIONING MODE

Ideal in hot weather when you need to cool the room.
To select this mode:
• Press the MODE button until the "COOL" indicator light comes on.
• Select a temperature between 18 °C and 32 °C (64 °F-90 °F) by pressing the
button until the desired value appears.
• Select the desired speed by pressing the
- low ("-" indicator light on the control panel) for silent operation or:
- high ("+" indicator light on the control panel) to reach the required temperature as quickly
as possible.
• The corresponding speed indicator light will come on according to your selection.
The most suitable temperature for a room during the summer is between 24 °C and 27 °C (75 °F
to 81 °F). However, it is recommended that you do not set the temperature much lower than
the outside temperature. This would result in unnecessary power consumption.

FAN MODE

When using this mode, the drain hose (not included with this model) does not need to be
attached to the back of the unit.
• Press the MODE button until the "FAN" indicator light comes on.
• Select the desired speed by pressing the
- low ("-" indicator light on the control panel) or:
- high ("+" indicator light on the control panel).
