CLEANING

Before cleaning or servicing, switch off the unit by pressing the
remote control. Wait a few minutes and then unplug the appliance from the mains socket.

LEANING THE FILTER
For your unit to work eff ectively, you must clean the fi lter every week.
Open the grille as shown in the diagram above and take out the evaporator. Use a vacuum cleaner
to remove any dust build-up. If it is very dirty, immerse it in hot water (maximum 40°) and rinse it
several times. After washing it, allow the fi lter to dry and then put it back in the unit.

LEANING THE BODY OF THE APPLIANCE
Clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth. Do not use water
to wash it.
• Never wash the unit with water. This could be dangerous.
• Never use petrol, alcohol or solvents to clean the unit.
• Never spray it with insecticide or similar liquids.

DIAGNOSTICS
The unit has an auto-diagnostics system to identify a number of malfunctions. Error messages
are displayed on the unit's screen.

The appliance is equipped with a frost protection device to prevent
excessive ice formation.
This unit automatically re-starts once the defrosting process is
