Make sure that the height and drain hose section are not higher than the drain outlet at the rear of
the appliance, otherwise the water tank will not drain properly (Fig. 26 and Fig. 27).
• Intermediate drainage
1. Unplug the appliance from the socket.
2. Remove the intermediate drain plug. During this step, water may leak out, so make sure you
have a suitable container (not provided) to collect the water at fi rst.
3. Connect a 2 m drain hose (not provided).
4. The water can be continuously drained via this hose into a bucket, for example.
5. You can turn the unit back on.

PERATIONS TO BE PERFORMED AT THE BEGINNING AND END OF THE SEASON
• Start of season check
Make sure that the power cord and plug are not damaged and that the earthing system is
eff ective. Carefully follow the installation instructions.

End of season operations

• To completely empty the internal water circuit, remove the cap (fi g. 24).
• Let all the water drain into a basin. When all the water has drained out, put the cap back on.
• Clean the fi lter and let dry it completely before putting it back in place.
