PRIMERA PUESTA EN MARCHA
Es indispensable haber leído atentamente el presente
manual y seguir las instrucciones contenidas en él
antes de la puesta en marcha; de este modo, podrán
prevenirse configuraciones y maniobras erróneas que
puedan causar anomalías de funcionamiento. El
sistema no podrá ponerse en marcha, por nin-
gún motivo, en seco; el funcionamiento en seco
de las bombas, aunque sea por poquísimo tiempo,
provoca daños irreversibles al cierre mecánico y a los
acoplamientos giratorios internos. Es indispensable
efectuar el cebado antes de la puesta en marcha (ver
página 14). El inversor podrá encenderse después de
haber llevado a cabo las operaciones descritas en el
Capítulo INSTALACIÓN.
Encendido
Cuando el aparato es alimentado
por la red (al efectuarse la primera
instalación, tras un apagado volun-
tario o en caso de caída y sucesiva
vuelta de la tensión de red), entra
en una fase de STARTING de unos 10 segundos
de duración, transcurridos los cuales VARIO PRO
vuelve a las mismas condiciones
de funcionamiento en las que se
encontraba al producirse el último
apagado (también en caso de caída
accidental de la alimentación), ya que
todos los parámetros de funcionamien-
to, incluidas las condiciones de alarma
o de bloqueo, son memorizados en una
memora no volátil. Si al producirse el último apagado
VARIO PRO estaba en ON, una vez transcurridos los
10 segundos, la bomba se pondrá en
marcha si detecta una presión inferior
a la programada; el grupo podrá ser
puesto FUERA DE SERVICIO, antes de
su puesta en marcha automática, pul-
sando START / STOP. Si al producirse el
último apagado VARIO PRO estaba en OFF, una vez
transcurridos los 10 segundos, el grupo entrará en
FUERA DE SERVICIO; para ponerlo en marcha habrá
que pulsar START / STOP y confirmar.
En las aplicaciones con inversor en paralelo, el
inversor MASTER controlará completamente los
inversores SLAVE, que podrán operar de manera
autónoma sólo si el MASTER está apagado.
En cada grupo puede haber UN SOLO MASTER,
un solo SLAVE 1 y un solo SLAVE 2.

STARTING UP
Before starting up, please read carefully this
Manual and follow the instructions. In this way
incorrect settings and manoeuvres are prevented,
which could cause functioning anomalies. The
system must never be started dry for any
reason. Dry running of the pumps, even for very
brief periods, can cause irreversible damage
to mechanical sealing and internal rotating
couplings.
Priming must be performed before system start-up
(see page 14)
When the operations described in the INSTALLA-
TION chapter have been performed, the inverter
can be started.
Start-up
Whenever the equipment is po-
wered by the mains (upon initial
installation, following voluntary
shutdown or in the event of a
power cut and the subsequent
return of power), it will enter a START phase
lasting about ten seconds. Because all of the
operating parameters - including its
alarm/blocking conditions - are stored
on a non-volatile memory, the VARIO
PRO will resume the same opera-
ting conditions as when it was last
shut-down (including in the event of
accidental power supply failure) after
this 10-second start phase.
Where the VARIO PRO was ON when the last
shut-down occurred, the pump will activate after
these 10 seconds if the pressure
detected is less than the predetermined
threshold; you can put the group OUT
OF SERVICE prior to the automatic
start-up by hitting START/STOP.
Where the VARIO PRO was OFF when
the last shut-down occurred, the group will remain
OUT OF SERVICE following the10-second start
phase. To start-up, hit START/STOP.
In parallel inverter installations, the MASTER inver-
ter fully controls the SLAVE inverters, which can
operate independently only when the MASTER is
turned off.
In each unit there can be ONLY ONE MASTER,
one SLAVE 1 and one SLAVE 2.
