Switch on your Wii™ console making sure no other Wii™ controllers are
connected.
The fi rst time you use the Cyberbike™ press the `Sync' button, on the
Cyberbike™, once and the `Sync' button on the Wii™ console. The
Cyberbike™ will now connect to the console and one of the player LED's
will illuminate to confi rm connection. You should not need to SYNC the
Cyberbike™ again unless you are using a different console.
3.USING THE CYBERBIKE™
3.a. Adjustments
Adjusting the seat
The height of the seat should enable your knees
to be slightly bent when the pedals
are at their lowest point.
To adjust the height of the seat:
• Hold the seat
• Do not remove the knob; you loosen it and
then pull it so you can move the seat post.
• Position your seat at the desired height
• Release the knob and then tighten it
• The seat must not exceed the maximum
height indicated on the seat post. (fi g.7)
Adjusting the handlebar

The handlebar height should enable you to sit with
a perfectly straight back. Do not hunch or arch your
back. Adjust the handlebar if necessary.
To adjust the handlebar:
• Hold the handlebar
• Do not remove the knob; you loosen it
• Position the handlebar at the correct height
• Release the knob and then tighten it.
• The handlebar must not exceed the maximum

Ensuring bike stability
Should your bike wobble during use, rotate
one of the plastic end caps
on either the front or back support until it

3.b. Using the Cyberbike™
Exercise bikes provide an excellent cardiac workout. Using an exercise bike
can increase your cardiovascular capacity. In turn, you'll see an improvement
in both your overall physical condition and your endurance levels, as well as
burning calories – which, when combined with a healthy eating plan, can help
with weight loss. Perspiring during a cardio-training session is excellent, but the

aim should not be to get out of breath.
When training, you should always be able to speak normally without gasping
for breath. Exercise bikes strengthen your legs and thighs while working your
triceps and abdominals at the same time.
This product is designed for persons 7 years and over. Adult supervision is
recommended when using Cyberbike™.
To launch your game from the homepage, please use a 2nd Wii™ controller.
Ensure that the Cyberbike™ is powered on fi rst and set as player 1 and then start a
2nd Wii™ controller by pressing its A button. This should then set up as player 2. You
can then use this controller to launch your game.
