Adjusting pedal resistance
You can adjust the pedal resistance on
your Cyberbike™ using the knob located
at the base of the handlebar tube.
• Rotate the knob in an anti-clockwise
direction (towards the "-") to decrease
resistance when pedalling. (fi g.10)
• Rotate the knob in a clockwise direction
(towards the "+" ) to increase resistance
when pedalling. (fi g.10)
• Pedal resistance can also be adjusted
when pedalling.

4.ADVANCED FUNCTIONS

4.a. Button Mapping:
4.a.I. How to Map the buttons:
Any button position can be re-programmed (except PLUS / HOME / MINUS and
X & Y in handset mode). For example:
If you want to make the B button perform the function of the A button follow
these steps:
• Press the MAP button. The LED underneath this button will light up.
• Press the A button. The LED will start to fl ash slowly.
• Press the B button. The LED will fl ash rapidly and then stop.
• Pressing the B button will now carry out the action previously assigned
to the A button.
4.a.II. Cancelling Mapping:
• Press the MAP button once. The LED will light up.
• Press the programmed button (e.g. the B button). The LED will start to fl ash
slowly.
• Press the B button again. The LED will fl ash rapidly before going off.
• The B button has now reverted to its original function.
4.a.III. Cancelling all Mapping in both modes:
• Press the MAP + PLUS button at the same time and holdfor 3 seconds.
The LED will fl ash.
• Mapping is now cancelled and you can release the buttons
4.b. Calibrating the handlebar
Pressing Map and Y for 3 seconds initiates the calibration function, LED fl ashes
slowly. Set steering central then press Y, LED fl ashes faster. Then set steering full
right and press Y, LED fl ashes slower briefl y then goes out.
This calibration can only be done when the switch is on CLASSIC position.

4.c. CLASSIC&REMOTE modes
Use the `Classic' mode when you want to play Mario Kart™. Use the `Remote'
mode to play your Cyberbike™ game.

The vehicle/character fails to move on the screen when you are pedalling on the
Cyberbike™.
• Check that the Cyberbike™ is properly connected
• Check that the CLASSIC / REMOTE mode switch is in the correct position.
The vehicle/character fails to respond when you apply the Cyberbike™ brake.
• Check that the Cyberbike™ is properly connected
• Check that the CLASSIC/REMOTE mode switch is in the correct position.
The vehicle/character turns, although the handlebars are centred.
• Cancel all mapping.
• If the Cyberbike™ was disconnected during gameplay you will need to
straighten the handlebars and reconnect the Cyberbike™.
The game fails to respond to your Cyberbike™ signals.
• Check that the Cyberbike™ is properly connected
• Check that the CLASSIC/REMOTE mode switch is in the correct position.

that plastic bags are disposed of appropriately.
5. The equipment owner must ensure that anyone using this product has been
informed of all safety measures. Children should be given adequate instructions
by an adult on how to use the equipment. Children should always use the
