ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person is
recommended when assembling this
unit Take the unit out of its box and
make sure that all of the pieces are
there Fig.1:
(77) Monitor; (16) Main body; (18)
Handlebar; (17) Handlebar stem; (10)
Saddle post; (12) Horizontal saddle
tube; (13) Saddle; (4) Rear stabiliser
bar with adjustable feet; (15) Front
stabiliser bar with wheels; (1L) Left
pedal; (1R) Right pedal; (20) Washer;
(19) Knob.
1. Position the machine's rear stand
on the rear stabilizer bar (4), as shown
in Fig.2, insert the bolts (3), fit the flat
washers (5) and cap nuts (6) and then
tighten securely.
2. Position the front stabiliser bar with
wheels (15) with the wheels facing
forwards, as shown in Fig.2, insert the
bolts (3), fit the flat washers (5) and
cap nuts (6) and tighten securely.
3.- ATTACHING THE SADDLE.-
Insert the saddle post (10) into the
boss on the main body (16), position it
correctly and tighten the saddle post
by using the adjustment knob (7),
Fig.3, turning it clockwise.
Next insert the horizontal saddle tube
(12) through the hole on the saddle
post (10), Fig.3, position it correctly
and tighten the knob (19) and washer
(20), Fig.3.
Fit the saddle bracket (13), Fig.3, onto
the horizontal saddle tube (12), as
shown in Fig.3, fit the saddle into
position and tighten the nuts on the
bracket securely.
ADJUSTING THE SADDLE HEIGHT.-
Loosen the saddle post adjustment
knob

anticlockwise, Fig.3, move the saddle
to a position comfortable for doing
exercise
and
adjustment knob (7) securely by turning
it clockwise.
Stay within the references.
HORIZONTAL
THE SADDLE.-
Loosen the knob (19) and washer (20)
slightly by turning it anticlockwise,
Fig.3, move the saddle to a position
comfortable for doing exercise and
then tighten the knob (19) and washer
(20) securely by turning it clockwise.
Stay within the references.
4.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Insert the handlebar stem (17) into the
hole on the main body (16), Fig.4.
Position it correctly and then tighten
knob (53) by turning it clockwise.
Position the handlebar (18) on the
handlebar stem (17), Fig.4, tighten the
knob (19) and washer (20).
ADJUSTING THE HANDLEBAR
HORIZONTALLY.-
Position the handlebar (18) at a
comfortable
exercise, now tighten knob (19) and
washer (20) securely, Fig.4.
