Gaspacho:
Til 6 glas: ½ agurk – ½ peberfrugt –
500 g tomater – 1 lille løg – 1 fed hvidløg –
20 g brødkrumme – 2 teskefulde vineddike –
2 spiseskefulde olivenolie – 1 teskefuld
koncentreret tomatsovs – 50 cl kold bouillon –
salt – peber – 1 knivspids chilipeber.
Margarita :
Til 4 glas: 16 cl Tequila – 8 cl Cointreau –
4 cl grøn citron – 1 teskefuld salt – 5 isterninger.
Piña Colada :
Til 4 glas: 50 cl ananassaft – 20 cl kokoscreme –
10 cl hvid rom – 1 spiseskefuld rørsukker –
1 knivspids kanel – nogle dråber vanille –
6 isterninger.
Irish Cocktail:
Til 4 glas: 16 cl irsk whisky – 4 teskefulde grøn
myntecreme – 4 kugler vanilleis.
