IV. FUNCTIONS AND STORAGE
a. Camera
Select the camera's image to modify the picture quality (from 360P to 1080P). It is also possible
to zoom in on a specifi c zone by pinching the image.
b. Functions
Humidity: Thanks to the camera's sensor, the "Humidity" function displays
the temperature and humidity level in baby's room.
Microphone: The BEABA ZEN Connect camera has a walkie-talkie function.
Just hold the microphone button and speak so that baby can hear you.
Music : By inserting a micro-SD card (not supplied) in the camera's port,
the music function allows you to play pre-recorded music directly from the
camera's loudspeaker.
Movement detector:
automatically save the video when a movement is detected. You will also be
notifi ed automatically via your smartphone/tablet.
Screen capture: The "screen capture" button allows you to save the image
sent by the camera on your telephone.
Night vision: In automatic mode, the camera will automatically activate the
infra-red LED if the light is too low. It is possible to block the camera in night
or day mode in the settings.
Sound detection: The sound detection function automatically saves
the video when a sound is heard. It is possible to adjust the sensitivity of
detection in the settings.
c. Data storage
In order for the app to be able to save the video, it is necessary to use a micro-SD card or
subscribe to the BEABA ZEN Connect cloud service.
The video recording stored on the micro-SD card can be viewed in the app's "History"
tab. If the user subscribes to the cloud service, the video recordings will be visible in the
app's "Cloud" tab.
V. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution
Never use chemical cleaners, sprays or liquid detergents.
- Disconnect the mains adapter before cleaning
- Clean the video baby monitor with a damp cloth only.

components that can be recycled and reused.

VII. WARRANTY
The BEABA BEABA ZEN Connect video baby monitor benefi ts from a 24-month
warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we guarantee the free repair
of any fault resulting from a material defect or a manufacturing defect. This warranty is
subject to the importer's fi nal evaluation.

contact the Beaba consumer service.
• If you notice a fault, start by consulting the user manual.
• In the absence of a clear answer in the manual, contact the video baby monitor's
supplier via the website www.beaba.com.
INVALIDATION OF THE WARRANTY
• In the case of inappropriate use, a connection error, the use of non-original parts
or accessories, negligence, and faults caused by humidity, fi re, fl oods, lightning, or
natural disasters;
• In the case of unauthorised modifi cations and/or repairs by third parties;
• In the case of the unsuitable transport of the device without appropriate packaging, as
well as in the case of this warranty card or proof of purchase being absent.
The warranty does not cover connection cables and plugs. All other liability, in particular
indirect damages, is excluded.
