CONSEQUENCES
The condenser overheating alarm ("COH") will not be
activated
The blocked compressor alarm ("CSd") will not be
activated
Alarm output activated with u1=3
clock error
SOLUTIONS
Set the date and time
CONSEQUENCES
rtc
Defrosting at intervals with d8=3
The HACCP will not provide information regarding the date
and time when the alarm was triggered
The Energy Saving function is not available in real time
Alarm output activated with u1=3
Once the cause that triggered the alarm is resolved, the instrument restores
normal operation, except for "rtc" (clock alarm), which requires the date and
time to be set.
HACCP BASIC FUNCTIONS
The instrument can save up to 3 HACCP alarms of each type, after which the
most recent alarm will overwrite the oldest.
The instrument provides the following information:
• the critical value
• the date and time when the alarm was triggered (if rtc is present)
• the alarm duration (from 1 min to 99 hr and 59 min, partial if the alarm is still
active).

If the duration of the power failure alarm causes a clock error, the instrument
will not provide any information regarding the alarm duration.
When the cause that triggered the alarm is resolved, the display restores
normal operation, except for the power failure alarm, which requires the normal
display to be restored naturally (if parameter u1 = 3 , by pressing a button the
alarm output is disabled).
The HACCP LED provides information regarding the memory status of the
HACCP alarms: if it is on, not all the information regarding the HACCP alarms
have been displayed, if it fl ashes, the instrument will have saved at least one
new HACCP alarm.
