LINER
REMOVAL
1) Unhook the left rear fastening flap from the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly
deforming the shell sealing edge and slightly pulling the comfort padding in the helmet
neck-ring area towards the inside (Fig. 7). Then, follow the same steps to remove the
central flap as well as the right rear flap.

comfort padding towards the inside of the helmet (Fig. 8). Then, follow the same steps
to remove the central flap as well as the right front flap.
3) Remove the inner comfort padding from the helmet.
RESTORING
1) Properly insert the comfort padding into the helmet.
2) Hook the front flaps to the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly pushing the liner
towards the outside of the helmet (Fig. 8).
3) Hook the right rear flap of the comfort padding, as well as the central and left ones, to
the corresponding slots in the support in the helmet neck-ring area (Fig. 7). To carry
out this step, slightly deform the shell sealing edge and push until you hear the hooks
snap.
4) Carefully stretch the liner so that it adheres to the inner polystyrene.
CHEEK PAD RESTORING
TOP REMOVABLE VERSION
1) Insert the band and the left chin strap into the slot of the left cheek pad (Fig. 4).
2) Insert the rear flap of the left cheek pad between the inner and the outer shell, push-

buttons on its back (Fig. 3).
3) Repeat these steps for the right cheek pad.
BASIC REMOVABLE VERSION
1) Insert the band and the right chin strap into the slot of the left cheek pad (Fig. 6).
2) After checking that the chin guard is properly positioned in the centre, insert the rear
flap of the left cheek pad between the outer and the inner shell, pushing it towards the
back of the helmet. Then, push the back of the cheek pad against the inner shell and
finally press the front of the cheek pad against the chin guard until it hooks.
3) Repeat these steps for the right cheek pad.
