According to the European Directive 2006/66/EC for batteries and rechargeable batteries
as well as for used batteries and used rechargeable batteries and its transposition to
national law, worn out old rechargeable batteries and old battery packs have to be col-
lected separately and taken for environmentally compatible recycling.
Battery packs / rechargeable batteries should be disposed of in discharged mode, if pos-
sible. To prevent short-circuits and associated heating the battery packs must never be
stored or transported without protection in bulk transport.
Transport: this device contains lithium-ion batteries!
According to special provision 188 this transport batch is not subject to the addressee's
requirements. Handle with care!
Flammability hazard when package is damaged. In case the package had been dam-
aged: inspection and repacking if necessary!
All packaging material must be disposed of in an environmentally compatible way!
