Step 2: Pedals
Take the pedals out; they are marked "L" (left) or "R" (right). Insert the fixing screw in the
crank on the right side of the bike and into the right pedal "R", and fx it with the spanner
2. Insert the fixing screw in the crank on the left "L" side of the bike and into the left pedal,
and fix it with the spanner 2.
Note: the crank is also marked "L" and "R". Do not use the wrong pedal on each side or the
product might get damaged. Fix the pedal correctly, or else they could fall after some
use.
Step 3: Seat
Turn the locking knob on the seat support counterclockwise and adjust the seat height,
choosing one of the holes on the seat support bar. Then, turn the knob clockwise to fix
the seat.
Once you have adjusted the height, use the lever under the seat to adjust it horizontally
with the locking bolt. Turn it clockwise to loosen it and counterclockwise to fasten it.
Step 4: Handlebar
Align the four holes on the handlebar with the holes in the handlebar support frame.

Then, place a washer and an Allen screw in each hole and fasten them with the Allen
key, turning them clockwise.
Loosen the locking bolt and adjust the height. Then, fasten the locking bolt again.
To fasten, turn the locking bolt clockwise.
To loosen, turn the locking bolt counterclockwise.
Finally, place the cover of the handlebar support frame.
Step 5: Monitor
place the monitor on the handlebar and fix its bracket with the corresponding screws.
Please, connect the cables "SENSOR" & "PULSE".
