responsible for their safety or they have received
instruction on how to operate the device.
c) To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
d) The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device.
e) Do not put your hands or other items inside the
device while it is in use!
2.4. SAFE DEVICE USE
a) Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and must be repaired.
b) Disconnect the device from the power supply
before commencement of adjustment, cleaning and
maintenance. Such a preventive measure reduces the
risk of accidental activation.
c) When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d) Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f) Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
g) To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h) Do not move, adjust or rotate the device in the course
of work.
i) Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
j) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance may
not be carried out by children without supervision by
an adult person.
k) Do not run the device when empty.
l) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
m) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
n) Do not overload the device.
o) Do not cover the ventilation openings!
p) The tank should only be filled with cold water.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The device is designed to brew coffee. The product is
intended for home use only!
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE
3.2.1. APPLIANCE LOCATION
The temperature of environment must not be higher than
40°C and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the device
is being used. There should be at least 10 cm distance
between each side of the device and the wall or other
objects. Keep the product away from hot surfaces. The
device should always be used when positioned on an
even, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface, and be out
of the reach of children and persons with limited mental

and sensory functions. Position the device such that you
always have access to the power plug. The power cord
connected to the appliance must be properly grounded
and correspond to the technical details on the product
label.
3.2.2. BEFORE FIRST USE

Before using the machine for the first time, fill the water tank
with cold water up to the „MAX" level, put the jug on the
hob, make sure that the empty filter (no ground coffee in
it) and the filter holder are correctly positioned and turn
on the machine. Pour out the boiled water and repeat the
5 process several times. Clean thoroughly (in accordance
with the chapter „CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE") and
dry the jug and the filter.
3.3. DEVICE USE
3.3.1. OPERATING THE MACHINE
1. Fill the water tank with cold water. The water level
should not exceed the „MAX" level.
2. Open the appliance cover and insert the filter holder.
Make sure the handle is properly installed, otherwise
the top cover cannot be closed. Place the filter in the
holder and close the cover.
3. Fill the filter with the correct amount of ground coffee
(approx. 5 g flat teaspoon per cup of coffee).
4. Place the empty jug on the hob.
5. Connect the device to the power supply.
6. To intensify the coffee flavor, press the „STRENGH"
button, the intensity boost light will turn orange and
the machine will brew stronger coffee.
7. Press the „ON / OFF" button, the operation indicator
light will turn red. The display will show „AM 12:00"and
F the pouring process will start. Coffee will start flowing
into the jug.
Note: The brewing process can be interrupted at any

time by pressing the ON / OFF button. The operation
indicator light will go out.

Note: During the brewing process, the buttons
„PROGRAM", „DELAY BREW", „HOUR" and „MINUTE"
I are disabled.
8. After the brewing and pouring process is completed
(about one minute later the coffee stops flowing), you
can remove the jug.
Note: The jug can be removed at any time. The
machine will stop pouring coffee for 30 seconds. If the
jug is not put back in place, the coffee will flow onto
the hob.
9. To keep the coffee hot, leave the coffee jug on the
hob.
Note: The device will automatically turn off 40 minutes
after turned on.
10. After finishing work with the machine (if it does not
turn off automatically), press the „ON / OFF" button
and disconnect the machine from the power supply.
Clean it after it has cooled down completely.
3.3.2. DELAYED START FUNCTION
1. To enable the function, follow steps 1-6 in section
3.3.1 OPERATING THE MACHINE.
2. Set the current time using the buttons: „HOUR" and
„MINUTE":
• Press the „HOUR" button repeatedly to set the
required hour;

• Press the „MINUTE" button repeatedly to set the
required number of minutes.
Note: The clock uses 12 hour time format (AM/
PM).
3. Press the „PROGRAM" button, the operation indicator
light will „flash" green and the display will show
„AM 12:00". Set the starting time using the buttons
„HOUR" and „MINUTE" (similarly as above).
4. Press the „DEALY BREW" button, the operation
indicator light will turn green.
5. The machine will turn on automatically at the set time
(the operating indicator light turns red) and fill the jug
with coffee. After the brewing process, the hob will
maintain the temperature for 40 minutes.
6. The device will automatically turn off 40 minutes after
started. To turn the device off earlier, press the „ON /
OFF" button, the operation indicator light will go out.
7. In order to cancel the function, press the „DELAY
BREW" button.
WARNING! The surfaces of the appliance, in
particular the hob, get very hot and remain so for
a long time after use.

3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

a) Unplug the mains plug and allow the device to cool
completely before each cleaning, adjustment or
replacement of accessories, or if the device is not
being used.
b) Use only non-corrosive cleaners to clean the surface.
c) Use only mild, food-safe detergents to wash the
device.
d) After cleaning the device, all parts should be dried
completely before using it again.
e) Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight.
f) Do not spray the device with a jet of water and do not
dip it in water.
g) Do not allow water to get inside the device through
vents in the housing of the device.
h) Clean the vents with a brush and compressed air.
i) The device must be regularly inspected to check its
technical efficiency and spot any damage.
j) To clean the body of the device, use a soft, damp
cloth.
k) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning
(e.g. a wire brush or a metal spatula) because they
may damage the surface material of the appliance.
DESCALING
1. Prepare the solution of descaling agent and water
(approx. 1 liter) according to the manufacturer's
instructions for the descaling agent. The solution
should not be warmer than 50° C.
2. Place the jug on the hob.
3. Make sure that the empty filter (no ground coffee in
it) and the filter holder are installed in place.
4. Turn on the device and start the brewing process.
5. After brewing one cup of the solution, turn off the
machine.
6. Leave the solution for 15 minutes and repeat steps
4-5.
7. Restart brewing until the tank is empty.
8. After the solution has completely drained, turn off the
machine and discard the solution. Clean the jug and
the filters.
