Hints and tips

To avoid mixing egg shells with the food al-
ready in the container, put them into a separate
container first. Then add them to the mixture.
▪
Remember that climatic conditions, seasonal
temperature differences, temperature and
consistency of the ingredients could affect the
preparation time necessary as well as the re-
sults.
▪
Always start blending on a low speed. In-
crease the speed gradually until you have
reached the recommended speed for the food
you are mixing.
