Align each wing bracket with each end of the
cantilever (2a) and slide each wing bracket onto the
cantilever until each wing bracket rests against the side
of each arch (2b) and cantilever hooks into slot in
bracket (2c).

and wing brackets (3a) by aligning each threaded stud
(4 total) with each hole (3b).
