the recesses (4).
Assembly / disassembly
Grinding table disassembly:
Use the supplied wrench (17) to loosen the screw (9)
under the grinding table (11). Remove the screw (9)
and washer (8) and pull off the grinding wheel holder
(10)
from the device.
Grinding table assembly:
To mount the sanding table (11), slide the sanding
table holder (10) back onto the device. Insert the
screw (9) with the washer (8) and retighten. Make
sure that the protrusions are in the correct position,
otherwise it will not be possible to screw in the screw
(9).
Replacing sandpaper
Caution, risk of injury!
Disconnect the device from the power supply to
prevent accidental switching on.
For easier replacement, first remove the sanding
table (11) and the holder (10)
Sanding paper assembly:
Press the sanding sheet (18) evenly on the sanding
disc (1).
Sanding sheet disassembly:
Remove the sanding sheet (18) from the grinding
wheel (1).
Test run:
After each sanding paper change, perform a no-load
test run for at least one minute without load and at
maximum speed. Do not stand in the danger area.
Grinding table angle adjustment
The angle of the sanding table (11) can be infinitely
adjusted between -10 ° and + 50 °.
Loosen the screws (7). Use the nut and angle scale
(6) to set the desired angle.
Tighten the screws again.
Using an angle stop
Loosen the angle stop bolts (20). Slide the angle stop
rails (19) to the desired position in the groove (12) on
the sanding table (11). Use the scale to set the requi-
red angle for the marking on the rail (19). Secure the
angle stop (13) by retightening the screw (20).
Dust extraction connection
Insert the angle adapter (14) into the hole on the
device.
Make sure that the protrusion on the angle adapter
(14) slides into a groove in the hole on the device.
Rotate the angle adapter (14) to a vertical or horizon-
tal position around the angle adapter (14) to secure it
from falling out.
Dust extraction removal:
Turn and gently pull on the angle adapter (14) and
remove it. The adapter can be removed while fitting
an arrow on the angle adapter (14) and a mark on the
cover of the device. An additional adapter (15) with a
larger diameter is supplied with the device, which can
optionally be mounted on an angled one
adapter (14). You can use an angle adapter
Alternatively, connect the suction hose of the vacuum
cleaner directly.
Switching on and off
Connect the device to the mains. Use the speed
control (2) to select the required speed.
Turn the switch to position „I" (3). The device starts
up.
Turn the switch to the „O" position (3). The device
switches off.
Then unplug the power cord (5).
After switching on, wait until the device reaches the
maximum speed. Only then start grinding.
Grinding
The arrow above the grinding wheel indicates the
direction of rotation of the disc grinder. The grinding
speed can be regulated using the speed controller
(2), switch on the grinder.
Allow the grinder to reach full speed and run without
load for one minute.
While holding the workpiece firmly, hold the surface
by
grind against the sanding sheet.
Note: Move it back and forth evenly on the sanding
disc to ensure even wear and extend the life of the
sanding paper.
Grinding tips
Never use force on the grinder. The weight of the
grinder adds sufficient pressure. Excessive pressure
slows down the motor, the sandpaper wears out
quickly, and the speed of the sander is significantly
reduced. This slows down the grinding speed and
creates a lower quality surface.
Check your workpiece frequently. The grinder is able
to quickly remove material, especially with rough
paper.
Do not grind in one place for too long. The quick
action of the grinder can remove too much material
and create an uneven surface.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord from the AC outlet before
beginning any installation, adjustment, repair, or
maintenance activity. Regularly remove dust and dirt
from the machine with a brush or damp cloth.
The device does not require any lubrication for the
entire service life.
Always store in a dry place out of the reach of chil-
dren. Always keep the engine vents open.
Regularly check that all fixing screws and bolts are
tight. During work, they may become allowed over
time.
Clean the machine properly after each use. Clean the
vents and the surface of the unit with a soft brush or
cloth. Remove chips, dust and dirt with a brush.
