3. Cut the top(1) and bottom(2) rungs of each
ladder that is positioned below the vertical slat.

4. Remove buttons from bottomrail
and pull lift cords until the top of the
bottomrail is touching the empty
rungs.
5. Cut ladder cord 4" below bottom-
rail. (Repeat for all ladders)

6a. If crimps are provided, feed the
end of the ladders into the crimp
sleeve. Holding the end of the lad-
ders slide the crimp up with regular
or needle nose pliers until the lad-
ders and the rung are snug on the
bottomrail. Squeeze the crimp to set
the length.

6a. Si dispone de sujetadores, deslice el
extremo de los hilos de la escalerilla por
el hueco del sujetador. Mientras sostiene
el extremo de la escalerilla, deslice el
sujetador hacia arriba con pinzas nor-
males o pinzas puntiagudas hasta que
las escalerillas y el travesaño alcancen a
tocar el riel inferior. Apriete el sujetador
para fijar la longitud deseada.

2. Decide at which rung height the bottomrail should be adjusted to
and turn the slat vertically to mark position.

4. Retirer les boutons du rail inférieur
et tirer sur les cordons de levage
jusqu'à ce que le haut du rail inférieur
touche les traverses vides.

dessous du rail inférieur. (Procéder de

6a. Si des manchons à pincer sont
fournis, glisser le bout des échelles
dans le manchon. En tenant l'extrémité
de l'échelle, lever le manchon avec
une pince fine ou ordinaire pour caler
les échelles et traverses contre le rail
inférieur. Pincer le manchon pour le
maintenir en place.
