Warranty

We will rectify possible material and manufacturing faults on the mower during the statutory period of limitation against
warranty claims by means of repairs or replacement according to our choice. The period of limitation is governed by the
laws of the country in which the mower was purchased.
Our guarantee is valid only if:
„ The mower has been properly handled
„ The operating instructions have been adhered to
„ Original spare parts are used
The guarantee does not include:
„ Damage to paint work due to normal use
„ Spare parts that are marked in the spare parts list with a frame XXX XXX ( X )
In the event of a warranty claim please contact your supplier or the nearest authorized customer service center with
this guarantee declaration and the purchasing receipt. This guarantee does not affect the legal warranty claims of the
purchaser against the seller.

Solution
Raise cutting height
Improve conditions:
allow to dry, raise cutting height
Reduce mowing speed.
Clean discharge chute / housing,
the cutter blade must turn freely
Empty grass catcher and clean
discharge chute
Replace the battery. Use only original
accessories from the manufacturer
parts list
The guarantee becomes invalid if:
„ Efforts have been made to repair the mower
„ Technical modifications have been made on the
mower
„ The mower has not been used according to its
intended purpose
(e.g. commercial or community use)
