Cause
Solenoid valve is defective.
Disturbing objects within the detection range.
Electronic module is defective.
Wrong sensor mode (continuous running).
Water system pressure is too high.
Sensor window is scratched / dirty.
The fitting is disrupted by influences in the room
(mirrors, metal surfaces, glass washbasins, etc.).
Leak in water system, defective seals.
Water drips out of the water system, solenoid
valve does not close correctly.
No or insufficient hot or cold water. Corner valves
are not fully open.
Filter in water supply is blocked / dirty.
Water temperature is too low or too high.
Water temperature is too low or too high (designs
with internal mixer).
Water doesn't stop flowing!
Replace solenoid valve.
Remove objects from detection range.
Replace electronic module.
Change sensor Modus mode or cancel continuous
running.
Check water system pressure, set water system
pressure to 0.5 - 8.0 bar.
Water begins to flow by itself!
Clean sensor window.
Reduce range.
Fitting leaks, water escapes!
Check the joints in the water system, replace
defective seals.
Clean or replace solenoid valve.
Temperature cannot be set correctly!
Open corner valves fully.
Clean or replace filter.
Check water system or boiler temperature.
Set internal mixer.
