Vacuumming of bags
1.
Place the food in the bag. Leave at least 5 cm between the contents and the
bag opening to allow the material to contract.
2.
Open the flap and place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber.
3.
Close the flap by pressing it down on both sides. If you cannot lift the flap
again, you have successfully engaged it.
4.
To start vacuuming, press the VACUUM key. The machine will deflate the bag,
and then seal the bag.
5.
After the operation light goes off, press the release buttons on both sides to
release the bag.
Using the pulse function
Since the resulting pressure in the bag is very high, it can easily happen that some
delicate foods are crushed by it. In this case, it is recommended to use the pulse
function, where you have more control over the process. For juicy foods, you can
also prevent liquids from being sucked into the unit.
1.
Place the food in the bag. Leave at least 5 cm between the contents and the

Open the flap and place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber.
3.
Close the flap by pressing it down on both sides. If you cannot lift the flap
again, you have successfully locked it in place.
4.
Press the PULSE key several times until you have reached the desired pressure
in the bag.
5.
Then press the SEAL key to seal the bag.
6.
After the operating light goes out, press the release buttons on both sides to
release the bag.
