TO CLOSE THE HOOD
Turn the switch to «off». Unplug
the appliance and store the cord
in its compartment in the hood
dryer base (7).
Being careful to support the hood,
push the hood lock downwards to
release the
hood. Fold the hood. Ensure that
it is fully closed (check that it is
engaged under the rear latch and
that it has fully clicked under the
front latch)) before lifting it by the
handle.
MAINTENANCE
To clean the hood dryer, use a
damp cloth with mild detergent.
Always ensure that the dryer is
fully dry before use.
IMPORTANT
The hairdryer is equipped with a
safety thermostat. In case of over-
heating, it stops automatically.
After a short time, it starts again.
However,
before
check that the air vents (on the top
of the hood and on the base) are
clean and unobstructed. Clean out
as necessary before continuing.

not more than 30mA. Ask your
electrician for advice.
• Do not immerse the appliance in
water or any other liquid.
• Stop using the appliance imme-
diately if the cord is damaged.
The cord must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its after sales serv-
ice or a similarly qualified person
to avoid risk of injury to the user.
• Do not leave the appliance unat-
tended while it is plugged in or
in use.
• Avoid contact with the appliance's
hot surfaces, in particular, with
ears, eyes, face and neck.
