Read through the instructions before you begin to work.
Check that all parts are included in the package.
Illustrations can be used for various instructions. There-
fore, items in illustrations can differ from installation in
progress. The essential information is always correct.
This kit contains:

Following items are not included in the kit:
Exhaust hose, 2"
Hull fitting
IMPORTANT:
The exhaust hose must fulfill ISO 13363 type 2 and
SAE J 2006 type 2 standards and norms.
The hull fitting (2") must follow current regulations and
classifications.
Installation
NOTICE!
Keep the length of the hose as short as possible to
minimize back pressure.
NOTICE!
Install the hoses so that water drains easily from them.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the hoses do not rub against other parts.
1.
Unbolt the exhaust elbow, drill a hole and tap a G2"
thread in the hole.
2.
Fit the hose connection (4) in the exhaust elbow. Use
thread sealant Loctite 572.
3.
Install the valve bracket (3) on the transom, attach
the valve (1) to the bracket (3). Use the existing valve
bolts.
Install the hose connection (4) in the valve. Use
thread sealant Loctite 572.
NOTICE!
Install the valve (1) so that it is easy to see when the
valve is opened or closed.
4.
Install the silencer (2).

IMPORTANT:
•
The silencer can be mounted on the floor, wall or
roof, see figure 1, detail A.
•
To drain water: Always install the silencer above
the waterline at an angle of at least 5 degrees, see
figure 1, detail A.

The valve must be the highest point. The outlet
pipe exit must be placed lower than the outlet of the
silencer. Make sure no water can be trapped or
run back in the hoses, see fig. 2.

Cut the exhaust hoses to required length. Install the
exhaust hoses between the connection (4) and the
valve (1), the silencer (2) and the hull fitting (6).
NOTICE!
Use double clamps around exhaust hose connections.
6.
Connect the valve harness to the cable from the
transmission cable marked CWES.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure that the locking mechanism between the
connectors closes with a click for a water-tight closure.
7.
Carry out a test run and make sure there is no leak.
