It is possible to select the percentage of humidity
inside the chamber when programming a cooking
cycle
the degree of humidity can be selected before the
cycle starts, but, if necessary, it can be set manually
during program execution as well.
Press T8 to select the percentage of humidity inside
the chamber
press the buttons T5 and T7 in order to select the
required value
confirm your selection by pressing T8
Press T8, and keep it pressed how long it is necessary,
to start manual cooking during the cycle
MANUAL COOKING
Enter the data for manual cooking as per the
following points:
press T2 to select the cooking temperature. A label
showing current chamber temperature appears on
D1 display.
press the buttons T5 and T7 in order to change the
cooking temperature
confirm your selection by pressing T2
Press T4 in order to select the cooking time. The label
"...." (i.e. infinite) appears on display D2
press the buttons T5 and T7 in order to change the
cooking time
confirm your selection by pressing T4
See paragraph "HUMIDIFIER" to select the degree of
humidity in the cooking chamber
When the first phase has come to an end, press the
button T6 and move on to the next phase
L6, L7 an L8 leds are switched on or off according to
the phase is being selected
Press T9 in order to start the cooking cycle, the oven
carries out the preheating
When the required temperature has been reached,
the oven starts beeping (in order to switch the buzzer
off, open the door or press any button)
Put the food into the oven and close the door. The
cooking cycle starts. When moving from one phase to
another, the oven beeps
At the end of the cooking cycle, the oven beeps.
Open the door and take the food off.
In order to switch the oven off press T3 until the label
is shut down on D1 display
COOKING PROGRAM STORAGE
The oven allows to store up to 99 programs.
To store a recipe please proceed as follows:
Press the button T1 for recipes
Select the program (for example P01) that is
displayed on D2 by pressing T5 and T7 and confirm by
pressing T1.
Enter the data you want to store, as explained in the
paragraph "MANUAL COOKING"
At the end of phases' setting, wait for the display of
the label with the program's name (for example P01)
on D2 screen, press T1 until L1 starts flashing.
LOADING A STORED COOKING PROGRAM
press T1 to choose a programme among the one
stored in the oven memory, and press the buttons T5
and T7 to choose the program number
confirm your selection by pressing T1
Press T9 to start the program
CHANGE OF A COOKING PROGRAM
To modify a stored program choose the program as
explained at the previous chapter (COOKING
PROGRAM STORAGE).
Data can be modified during the cooking cycle, but
the changes applied are not stored at the end of the
cycle
THE USE OF DROP DOWN DOOR OVEN
Ventilated ovens are an innovatory cooking system
for food, allowing to save considerable time and
energy, without altering food features.
Thanks to the forced hot air system, the oven reaches
the required temperature in a very short time, thus
guaranteeing even cooking results, even under full
load conditions.
The appliance has been designed to cook food in
closed premises and must only be used for this
purpose: any other use must, be avoided and
considered improper & dangerous.
Press T3 in order to switch the oven on. Cooking
chamber temperature appears on D1.
Cooking temperatures vary from a minimum
