Environmental conditions limits:
Note: to define the pulley to be used with the motor, make the following calculation: thresher pulley diameter
multiplied by the thresher shaft rotation, divided by the rotation specified on the motor plate to be used.
Formula:
To stretch the belt, do as in the figure beside:
remove the nuts (1), washers (2) and belt
protection guard (3). Fix the motor, checking for
the correct alignment between pulley (4) and
pulley (5), of smaller diameter.
Note:
for two-cycle motors, align pulley (4) with pulley
(5), of bigger diameter. For four-cycle motors, align
pulley (4) with pulley (5), of smaller diameter.
Place the belt and press the stretcher (6) against
the belt until you obtain the desired stretch and
tighten screw (7).
