All TRAPP corn threshers, single-phase or three-
phase, are assembled with double voltage motors.
They leave factory without electrical connection
to allow the customer to choose the kind of
connection based on the voltage of their property
power source.
To correctly make the connection, see data shown
on the motor plate and the number printed on the
insulation of the wires.
For corn threshers sold without motor, the choice
of minimum output shall follow the technical data
shown on pg. 28.
Checking:
Before operating the equipment, check:
Whether there are tools or objects on the motor
or on the equipment, especially inside the feeding
funnel.
If there is something obstructing the motor.

Operation Instructions
Attention!
Before making any connections, make sure
power source is disconnected.
1. Make sure the power source where the
equipment will be installed is compatible
with the data shown on the motor plate.
2. Disconnect the power source to make
motor connections.
3. Make the connections shown according to
the voltage of the power source.
4. Use insulating tape in the connections done
to protect them.
5. Make sure the connections are well
insulated.
6. Turn on power source and check the
rotation of the equipment.
7. For your safety, ground the equipment.
If the rotation direction is correct.
If the voltage of the power source is the same of that
of the equipment.
Note:
if the equipment is properly prepared, start the
motor, allow it to reach maximum revolution and start
working.
