3. Unscrew the 3 screws from the inner bracket.
4. Take out the battery bracket assembly.
5. Cut off the battery tabs and wires and remove the battery from bracket.
• The battery must be disposed of at an appropriate official recycling/collection point.
• Do not attempt to operate the trimmer once you have opened it.
