11. Maintenance / fault finding
Warning: Danger of electric shock
The device must be disconnected from the power supply system before any maintenance work is carried out
on it. Electrical components must not be cleaned with a water hose or pressure washer, as water could
penetrate the electrical component and cause an electric shock.
When dismantling components, please turn the screws by hand to avoid damage to the threads!
Fault detection and elimination

The unit does not respond to

Solution
1. Make sure that the power plug is fully
inserted into the power outlet, then press
the power button to turn on the unit
2. Make sure that the front cover is inserted
correctly.
3. Make sure that the product is properly
installed on a plain surface.
4. When the display shows the child-proof
lock, press the "Child-Lock" button for 5
seconds to deactivate the lock and use the
device.
Position the unit differently so that the air in
the room can be better absorbed.
Clean the particle sensor with a cotton bud
as described in "cleaning and filter change".
Clean the ionizer head with a brush as
described in section "cleaning and filter
change".
1. Clean the air inlet opening and internal
filter (pre-filter, integrated filter).
2 If you have not replaced the filter for a
long time, buy a new filter and replace it.
1. Make sure that the packaging of the filter
(plastic bag) inside the product has been
properly removed
2. Make sure that the order of the filter
combination is correct
Please deactivate the sleep mode (night
mode).
