ERROR DISPLAY
The ambient temperature is out
of ranger
Device error
Some Reasons For "Lo" or "Hi" Message Display
Measurement before device stabilization
Temperature reading hampered by the hair or perspiration
Movement of device from high/low-temperature condition to
room temperature
The lens of the temperature probe is dirty
The thermometer probe is NO aligned to the forehead
The temperature probe is damaged
CAUSE
The ambient temperature is lower
than 50.0°F(10°C) or higher that
95°F(35°C)
The batteries are low
The batteries are exhausted
Device error
Problem
Move the device to an ambient temperature between
50.0°F(10°C) and 95°F(35°C)
Wait 30 minutes before use
You should use the charger to charge the device
Refer to Section 02.1
You should use the charger to charge the device or
replace the batteries. Refer to Section 02.1
Repeat measurement. If you get the same message
repeatedly please contact your local VOCARE.INC.
representative or call 1-855-986-2273 (available 9am to
5pm, Monday-Friday)
Wait for the device stabilization. Hold the device still
onforehead
Make sure that there is NO obstruction and skin is dry before
taking a temperature
Wait for more than 30 Minutes after the device's thermometer
is moved into the measurement environment
Clean the lens using a cotton swab
Reposition the thermometer probe so that it is aligned to the
forehead
