INTENDED USE
The appliance is designed exclusively for the treatment and
removal of weeds utilizing a jet of hot water delivered at a
pressure of 10 bar. (140 PSI).
It has been designed for use with a descaler product supplied
or recommended by the manufacturer. The use of other prod-
ucts or chemical substances could jeopardize the safety of
the appliance.
This appliance must be used exclusively for the purposes for
which it was designed.
All other uses are considered improper and unreasonable.
Examples of unreasonable use include:
- Washing surfaces not suitable for treatment with a high pres-
sure water jet.
- Washing persons, animals, electrical appliances and the
appliance itself.
- Use of unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals.
- Locking the lance trigger (lever) in the delivery position.
The manufacturer declines all liability for any damage caused
by improper, incorrect or unreasonable use of the appliance.
The appliance is manufactured in compliance with current
safety standards and regulations.
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
UNPACKING
Having removed the appliance from its packing, make certain
it is intact.
If in doubt, do not use the appliance.
Contact your dealer.
Packaging components (bags, boxes, nails, etc.) must not be
left within the reach of children as they are a potential source
of danger and must be disposed of or stored in compliance with
national environmental regulations.
ASSEMBLY OF PARTS NOT ATTACHED TO THE AP-
PLIANCE
The main parts of the appliance and its safety devices are
assembled by the manufacturer.
To facilitate packing and transport, certain secondary compo-
nents are supplied detached from the appliance.
The user is responsible for assembling these components
according to the instructions provided in each assembly kit.
IDENTIFICATION DATA PLATE:
The data plate indicating the main technical specifications
of the appliance is located on the trolley and permanently
exposed to view.

On taking receipt of the product, make certain that it has
a data plate. If not, contact the manufacturer and/or dealer
immediately.
An appliance without a data plate must not be used, as the
manufacturer declines all liability for any adverse conse-
quences. Products without a data plate are to be considered
unidentifiable and potentially dangerous.
FILLING THE FUEL TANK
Fill the fuel tank with Diesel
engine fuel (fig. 1).

Do not use fuel other than that indicated on the identifica-
tion data plate.
Check the fuel level in the tank periodically when the ap-
pliance is in operation.
Operating the appliance without fuel can cause damage
to the fuel pump.
FILLING THE DESCALER
TANK
Fill the tank with descaler solu-
tion. Use only products recom-
mended by the manufacturer
and/or the dealer, being care-
ful to follow the instructions
indicated on the container. (Do
not release descaler into the
environment).
Important.
The appliance shuts off au-
tomatically when the tank is
empty.
TRANSPORT
To move the appliance, dis-
connect it from the electricity
and water supplies, release
the parking brake located on
the side of the body and push
it by means of the handle.
HOISTING WITH HOOK
To hoist the appliance from
above, attach the hook to the
lifting bar provided. (fig. 3)
