ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Full scale nuts and bolts

M6 x 45mm Hex Bolt (3)

M6 Nylon

Locknut (4)

Approximate assembly time is 5-10 minutes

Suggested Tools: Wrench and/or Ratchet Set

1. Assemble tow bar to hopper frame using (2) M6x45mm

Hex Bolts and (2) M6 Lock Nuts

2. Assemble strut to hopper frame

3. Assemble hitch plate using (1) M6x35mm Hex Bolt and

(1) M6 Lock Nut. Assemble strut cap to tow bar using (1)

M6x45mm Hex Bolt and (1) M6 Lock Nut.

4. Look inside hopper. Insert R-pin into hole in impeller shaft.

GENERAL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Be sure gate control is in the closed position before filling hopper

• Determine appropriate setting for material being used by reading the suggested setting on the material's bag AND/OR by referencing the application chart on

your spreader's control panel (Charts provided are only guidelines. Be sure to read the instructions on the bag/box of the material you're spreading to identify

accurate setting needed)

• Lossen wing nut and slide indicator to desired setting. Tighten wing nut completely.

• To begin spreading, start pulling with tractor (about 3mph pace) and pull the gate control towards you to open gate. Push the gate control back to closed position

to stop spreading.
