CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
The product detects an inversion
of polarity.
The battery voltage went lower
than 12,5V after a start or a
heavy consumption.
The battery switch is turned ON
and/or the voltage selector is on
12V or 24V.
The voltage selector is in the
wrong position.
Polarity inversion.
Internal batteries are discharged.
Many starting attempts without
recovery time.
The battery voltage is incorrect
Internal batteries voltage is really
low. They can be damaged.
The fuse has blown
Batteries damaged, no voltage
despite the charge
Thermal protection of the charger
The battery is sulphated or
deeply discharged.
No voltage from the mains.
The voltage connector is not
plugged on the 12V socket.
The fuse has blown
Causes
Check the polarity on the battery. Red
clamp to the (+) of the battery and black
clamp to the (-).
Charge the machine after the use. The
red light will turn off.
Before plugging the clamps on the
vehicle battery, turn the battery-switch
OFF, and disconnect the voltage selector.
Check
corresponds to the voltage of the
vehicle's battery
Check polarity on the battery
Recharge the machine to the max, and
try again
Wait 3 minutes between two starting
attempts.
A start should not last for more than 5
seconds.
Check that the selected voltage
corresponds to the voltage of the
vehicle's battery
Put the STARTPACK on recharge to
attempt recovery of internal batteries.
Replace the fuse.
Unplug the product from the main and
plug it again to start a new charge. If the
problem appears again the batteries are
damaged
Charger is overheating because the
temperature is too high. The charger will
restart the charge automatically as soon
as the temperature dropped down
sufficiently.
Normal process of the Startpack: the
charger
sulphated / deeply discharged batteries.
It will attempt to recover the battery
with a specific charge of 16h.
Check the presence of 230V voltage on
the supply.
Plug the voltazge connector on the 12V
socket.
Replace the fuse.
