Note: Incorrectly fitting the seal can result in ingredients leaking
from the blender jar.
CLEANING IN A DISHWASHER:
• The blender jar, measuring cup, on-the-go bottle, lid and grinder cup can
be cleaned in the upper basket of a dishwasher using the "ECO" program.
The blades and motor unit must not be cleaned in a dishwasher.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR APPLIANCE DOES NOT WORK?
Problems
The appliance does not
work.
Excessive vibrations.
There are leaks at
the lid.
There are leaks at the
base of the blender jar.
The blades have
difficulty turning.

Causes
The appliance is not properly
plugged into the electrical
outlet.
The blender jar or, the on-
the-go bottle or grinder are
not correctly positioned or
locked on the motor unit.
Motor overheated and
protected.
The appliance is not placed
on a flat, stable and heat-
resistant surface.
The volume of ingredients is
too big.
The volume of ingredients is
too big.
The lid is not correctly
positioned.
The seal of the blender
jar (A4) is not correctly
positioned or is missing.
The pieces of food are too
large or too hard.
Solutions
Plug the appliance into an
electrical outlet and turn it on.
Check that the blender jar, the
on-the-go bottle and grinder are
properly positioned and locked
on the motor unit as shown on
the images of the Instructions
for Use.
Unplug and let the appliance
cool down to room temperature.
Place the appliance on a flat
surface.
Reduce the quantity of
ingredients in the appliance.
Reduce the quantity of
ingredients in the appliance.
Lock the lid correctly on the
blender jar.
Reposition the seal and lock the
blade correctly (A5, A6).
Reduce the quantity or size of
ingredients or add liquid (only
for blender or on-the-go bottle).
