9 Commissioning

The Edutrainer
The circuit is inserted and assessed with safety laboratory cables. For operation on grid voltage, ensure that
the supply voltage is not short-circuited by the switches, as this can destroy the switches.

10 Function

There are three types of illuminants available with the Room Lighting EduTrainer
Designation
Lamp
Lamp power
Bulb holder
Dimmable
Compact fluorescent lamp -E2 is not dimmable. Do not connect this to a dimmer as it may be destroyed.
Integrated switch -S2 is used for switching the illuminants. This enables the start-up behavior and
unregulated illuminant behavior to be analyzed.

Attention
The device must only be operated on a current-limited feed unit. Maximum backup
fuse 10 A(T).
The device may only be operated with a connected PE conductor.
Warning
Electric shock may cause potentially lethal injuries. The device must only be
operated with correctly used and undamaged lamps.
