-
Place the pot which must be heated in the middle of the cooking zone underneath of which are
the inductors.
-
Rotate the knob (1) clockwise to activate the electric feeding, the green lamp (2) switches on to
mark the ignition of the plate.

Without the pot the lamp start lightning .
-
Choose the desired power by rotating the knob (1). A clockwise rotating allows a regulation

The first grades of rotation correspond to low powers, consequently the operation of the
appliance will be pulsed, there will be periods of switching on and off. It is possible to rotate
the knob even anticlockwise, in this case, the machine is provided with a safety system which
doesn't allow to start cooking at the maximum power, only after a clockwise rotation superior
than 90° the generator allows to catch the pot and starting the cooking process, at this point it's
possible to choose the desired power level.
-
The heating process will start as soon as the pot touches the working surface, at this point a red
lamp will light on without any lightning. The working area is marked by the drawing on the
glass ceramic.
- To switch off the plate just set back the knob on '0' position.
- When the pot is taken away for short periods the inductor doesn't supply energy and when it is
repositioned it will switch automatically with the same power previously set. For a safety
reason if the pot must be taken off for more than 10 minutes, the induction switches
