Trial operation and performance
Heating capacity
• The heating mode adopts the heat pump type that absorbs external heat energy and releases into the
indoor unit. Hence, if the external temperature goes down, the heating capacity will decrease.
Trial operation
•Before trial operation:
Before charging, measure the resistor between the power terminal block (live wire and neutral wire) and
the grounded point with a multimeter, and check if it is over 1M*. If not, the unit cannot operate.
To protect the compressor, charge the outdoor unit for at least 12 hours before the unit runs. If the cran
case heater is not charged for 6 hours, the compressor will not work.
Confirm whether the compressor bottom heats up.
Except when there is only one master unit connected (no slave unit), under other conditions, open the
outdoor operating valves (gas side, liquid side, oil equalization pipe) fully. If operating the unit without
opening the valves, the compressor will fail.
Confirm all indoor units being charged. If not, there will be water leakage.
Measure the system pressure with pressure gauge and operate the unit simultaneously.
•Trial operation
During trial operation, refer to the information given in the performance section.
When the unit cannot start up at room temperature, shift the trial operation outdoors.
