5.3 Assembling the powder
actuated tool
Î
Insert the piston shaft into the piston guide.
Î
Insert the piston guide into the piston group.
Î
Check the positions of the grooves and
insert the piston group right up to the stop.

Insert the piston stop into the groove on the
right side of the device and slightly push it
forward.
Î
Insert the steel ball.
Î
Secure the piston group using attachment
clips.

5.4 Cleaning the device surfaces

NOTICE Damage to surfaces: Do not use any
thinners, solvents, gasoline, etc. for cleaning
purposes.
– Clean the Powder Actuated Tool using dry
cloths.
– Clean the tool box with dry cloths and
compressed air.
